International Culture Award: The International Culture Award is conferred by Professor Meena Charanda who was the Principal of Kalindi College at Delhi University for her exceptional contributions to education and social service. She was bestowed with International Culture Awardher at the India International Center on March 30, 2024.

Prof. Charanda has been teaching Political Science at Kalindi College for over 20 years. She earned her PhD from Delhi University, regarding the Dalit Assemblies in Uttar Pradesh. In past, she had authored a book on the involvement of Dalit MLAs in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly and has contributed over 50 articles to newspapers and magazines. Presently, she supervises two PhD researchers in their studies. A 5-member committee headed by K Yogesh, Chairman of Socrates Social Research University (Trust) selected Professor Meena Charanda among more than 50 women for their outstanding work in their respective field of work
