FTII Pune Recruitment 2023: Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune is inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for direct recruitment on a regular basis. The recruitment drive is for Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ posts. The last date to submit online applications is May 29, 2023.

a.) Non-Teaching Position

FTII is offering 84 vacancies for various non-teaching positions including Cameraman, Graphic & Visual Assistant, Film Editor, Make-up Artist, Laboratory Assistant, Research Assistant, Assistant Security Officer, Production Assistant, Assistant Maintenance Engineer, Sound Recordist, Laboratory Technician, Stenographer, Upper Division Clerk, Mechanic, Hindi Typist Clerk, Carpenter, Driver, Electrician, Painter, Technician, and Multi-Tasking Staff in different categories.

b.) Teaching Position

Faculty Positions:
FTII is also recruiting for several faculty positions in Group A, including Dean (Television), Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, Maintenance Engineer, Vision Mixer Engineer, Chief Librarian, and Film Research Officer.

c.) Age Limit and Pay Scale for each position

The age limit varies for each position, ranging from 25 to 50 years. Pay scales for the recruited candidates will be based on the Pay Matrix Level, ranging from PML 7 to PML 12.

d.) Educational Qualification for each position

Candidates must have the following qualifications for the respective positions: Matriculation/SSC or equivalent, 12th class pass or equivalent, ITI, and a degree/diploma in the relevant discipline. For faculty positions, a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E.) is required.

Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of a written examination, skill test, interview, and document verification. For faculty positions, an online examination of objective type questions will be conducted.

Eligible candidates should apply online through the FTII recruitment portal at ftiirecruitment.in. The application should include a scanned copy of the candidate’s photograph, signature, and required documents/certificates. Application Fee:
An application fee of Rs. 1000/- is applicable for each post. However, SC, ST, PwBD, and women candidates are exempted from the fee. The fee should be paid online using the SB Collect payment mode.
