Veteran Actor Mukesh Khanna: In the upcoming Hindi movie “Sant Tukaram,” directed by Aditya Om and starring Marathi superstar Subodh Bhave in the role of Saint Tukaram, veteran actor Mukesh Khanna has joined the cast as the narrator. Khanna’s role involves introducing the characters and themes of the film, particularly focusing on the Bhakti Parampara in Bharatvarsh and the significance of Sant Tukaram within it. Shiva Suryavanshi, who plays an antagonist in the movie, shared exclusive details about Khanna’s contribution, mentioning that it was a significant addition to the project. Initially, the filmmakers had considered a modern-day scenario for the narration but eventually decided to stick to Khanna’s role as the narrator. Suryavanshi explained that Khanna was chosen for his distinct voice and presence, which hasn’t been explored in the role of a narrator before.
